YIHR Montenegro (and Civic Alliance) organized a training for young political leaders on a topic that the organization has been working on for years – elimination of torture and other forms of inhuman treatment.
The training explained the mechanisms for protection, standards in international and national law as well as the results of various research into the state of torture within the penal system in Montenegro.
