The debate was moderated by Muhamet Hajrullahu, a journalist who is familiar with the topic of transitional justice and regional cooperation.

The debate was focused on the lack of regional cooperation among the youth, where all panelist agreed that the youth plays a crucial agent in regional cooperation and dealing with the past, thus, promised to work tirelessly in empowering the youth by creating platforms where regional cooperation can strengthen.

A special focus should be put on rural areas and high school students.

The audience was mostly consisted of youth who are politically active and human right activists. When the panel was over, they had the chance to ask questions, give comments and recommendations. This debate received significant media attention.
